The headline prices are less settled than they look. Meta words the creator and business tiers as starting at $14.99, $49.99, $149 and $499, so the figure that reaches your budget depends on capacity and account details Meta has not published. Ask for a quote before approving a line item. Two further checks are worth making before anyone expenses this. First, whether the region and apps your staff actually use are included, since Meta reserves variation by region, app and account. Second, what commitments attach to Meta Business Agent when it answers your customers unattended — a consumer subscription tier is not by itself a service agreement, and the announcement describes capacity rather than obligations.
