AshlrAI, Inc. ("Ashlr.AI," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit ashlr.ai or use its contact, project-intake, chat, and merchandise-interest features. Ashlr products on other domains may publish policies specific to their services.

Information We Collect

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways:

  • Merchandise interest: your email address, optional design selections, and the consent wording and timestamps associated with your signup. This does not create an order or reservation.
  • Personal Data: Name, email address, and other contact information you provide.
  • Chat and Project Data: Messages, project details, and related context you choose to send through our assistant or contact forms.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you use our website and products.
  • Device Data: Information about your device, browser, and connection.
  • Attribution Data: The first page you visited, the page and call to action used to contact us, referring hostname, and any campaign source, medium, campaign, content, or term parameters.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Record merchandise interests and send merchandise launch updates when you explicitly opt in

How We Share and Retain Information

Chat messages are processed by an AI model provider to generate assistant responses. Project submissions may be reviewed by Ashlr's founding team and processed by service providers that host our site, provide aggregate analytics and performance telemetry, provide the AI model, store submissions, or deliver email. We do not sell this information. We retain it only as long as reasonably necessary for project follow-up, service delivery, security, and legal obligations.

For inquiry attribution, we store page paths, a referring hostname, and explicitly named campaign fields. We do not store the full referring URL, unrelated query parameters, or page contents as attribution data.

Ashlr Brief Newsletter

When you subscribe, we store your email address, consent and confirmation records, and subscription status. We use these records to confirm your request and send the weekly digest you requested. Delivery and suppression records help us handle bounces, complaints, and unsubscribe requests. Email is delivered through our email service provider; our newsletter disables open and click tracking in the messages it sends.

You can unsubscribe using the link in any digest. We retain the minimum suppression information needed to honor that choice and prevent further unwanted messages. Contact support@ashlr.ai to ask about your subscription data. Subscribing does not enroll you in unrelated sales outreach.
