Substance behind the conversation.
Review the team, delivered work, and delivery practices before we discuss your engagement.
A few practical questions.
How can Ashlr work under our prime contract?
Start with a defined technical scope and delivery owner. Together we assess the workshare, required terms, access, staffing, and acceptance process before committing to a subcontract.
Can you work inside our delivery process?
We agree on the repositories, environments, review process, reporting cadence, and release ownership for the engagement. The goal is a working engineering relationship with your program and technical leads.
How are security and contract requirements handled?
Share the applicable requirements during qualification. Any clearance, certification, data-handling, citizenship, location, or flow-down requirement must be assessed and agreed for the specific engagement before work begins.
What should we share first?
A non-sensitive summary of the program, engineering workstream, schedule, technical environment, and qualification requirements. We can establish the appropriate confidentiality terms before discussing restricted details.
Bring us the workstream you need to deliver.
Start with a non-sensitive overview. We will work through fit, technical scope, and the next step with you.
